All sizes are crafted from individual pieces of wood with the grain locked together in a 90 degrees which resists warping as the result of changes in temperature and weight. The ones found in most hardware stores are “stamped out” or cut from one piece of wood or with thin parts which do not offer this superior quality of durability or construction.

All vent sizes go by at least duct opening size.
