Linear Slats are Parallel to the SHORT Dimnension, Straight Up Without Angle.

Linear Slats are Parallel to the LONG Dimension, Straight Up without Angle.

Similar to the Grate Style, Allows for Maximum Air Flow with Grid Angled for a Diamond Shape. This Style is ONLY Available in Custom Orders as it is More Laborious to Produce. Please Allow 4-6 Weeks for this Style.

Louvers are Slanted, Angled in 1 or More Directions to Direct Air Flow.

1 – Way Louvers can be Made Parallel to the Long or Short Dimension Per Request. Typically these are Parallel to the Long Dimension.

3-Way Louvers

These can be designed to direct your air flow however, you specify. Ex. 70% direct in the middle, 15% left & 15% right. Let us know what your needs are for this situation.

4-Way Louvers

You can tell us which way you need your louvers to direct you air flow.

Plantation Shutter Louver Style / Dado Louvers of Up To 2″ Deep

This Custom Upgrade adds up to 2″ depth, appearing like a plantation shutter type louver. These can be spaced even further apart for greater air flow.

Laser Designs have a multitude of options. You can use one of our stocked designs, or one of your own. We have replicated business logos, fraternities, even wildlife designs.

Laser designs are etched into sheets of 1/4″ thickness, so these will not be load bearing in floor situations or areas that may be bumped with feet often.

If you have an air filter behind your vent’s grille, we have a couple options to help you hold this filter in place.

If you have an Air Filter behind your grille you can either choose to have Filter Brackets or the Air Filter Assembly Package.

Frame, Hinge & Clasp Assembly Package!

Here we add the surrounding framework around the vent, attach the hinge & clasp so you can easily open the vent for access, as well as use a nylon fastener to open and close. We use this white nylon or plastic clasp as we found the metal ones would scratch the vent surface, causing obvious wear on painted pieces especially. We will also install filter brackets on the back of your grille to hold your filter in place.

Filter Brackets on the back can hold either a 1″ or a 2″ filter size. Let us know your filter size at the time you place your order. We automatically use brackets for a 1″ filter.
