  • Custom Vent or Wood Project Request for Quote

In order for us to provide the perfect product and quote for you, please complete the following information below.  We will email your quote and options that same or next business day to review.

DON'T FORGET TO MEASURE TWICE FOR ACCURACY!

We will have a section at the end for you to include any notes and photos to help communicate your needs.

Please keep in mind that all sizes go by DUCT OPENING SIZE as an industry standard practice, as these pieces must nest into that duct opening or cutout area. This also tells us the air flow area needed. Your Overall size will have a chance to be notated, this size is often change by "fit" preference. *Vent Design for Floor

ALL OF OUR SOLID WOOD VENTS ARE MADE TO BE STRONG & LOAD BEARING FOR NORMAL TRAFFIC.  If you have an area that will often need to be stronger for a chair leg etc, please notate that information.

Please note the Register Style is not available for spans exceeding 8" in length, for ex. 9 x 14". The louvers are angled and aren't able to be load bearing for spans this large. For 8 x 12" this size would still be considered load bearing.

Register Style - louvers diffuse the air in 2 directions

Grate Style - eggcrate, nautical hatching is the strongest and most load bearing of all designs, while allowing for maximum air flow

Shaker Style - linear slats are parallel with the short dimension, straight up without any angle

Linear Style - linear slats have no angle and are parallel to the long dimension

    *Floor Vent Fit

Self-Rimming - (surface mount / drop in; rounded leading edges) having standard having a 7/8" lip / flange on each side unless otherwise requested.)

Flush Mount with Frame - typically the installation choice for new floor installations.

TrimLine Flush Mount - having no separate framework, needing 1/2" solid support on each side for safety to be load bearing. This rests on your subfloor allowing your floor to remain more of the focal point.

    *Duct Opening Size for Floor

This tells us the air flow size as well as the size for the back of the vent to nest into for more load bearing support.
